PRACTICE AREAS

Commercial Litigation
We handle a wide variety of commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations, with an emphasis on commercial contracts, land use, real estate, and construction disputes.
While we have decades of trial experience, we also recognize that most disputes are resolved outside of trial, and we work extensively with our clients to plot the best strategy for successful resolution that achieves our clients' goals.

Corporate and
Transactional Law
We work with individuals and businesses of all sizes. From entity formation to contract drafting and negotiation, we help you make sound legal decisions as you grow your business.

Real Estate
We deliver expert guidance on the complexities of selling and acquiring commercial real estate, including negotiating contracts, performing and overseeing due diligence, navigating zoning and land use issues, and working with our clients to identify and minimize risk.
We also have extensive experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial leases, including office and retail agreements, to ensure that our clients' interests are firmly protected.
